“All children have the right to dream free”
We can not stand by and do nothing while 10 million children suffer the abhorrent injustice of being trafficked – many of whom will be sex trafficked.
Theoretically, it should be easier to create impact using the Palermo Protocols, as legally children cannot consent to exploitative actions, therefore the ‘means’ element of the protocol does not need to be proven.
Children are often arrested to remove them from the streets – they are victims and we need to protect them.
The Palermo Protocols were created to address the global problem of Human Trafficking and Organized Crime. [Source]
